Recipe for a Peaceful Afternoon

1 stick Paulo Santo
1 pot Coffee (French Vanilla Creamer optional)
2 capsules St. Johns Wart
1-3 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Light the Paulo Santo. As it burns, brew the coffee and add creamer if desired. Take 2 capsules St. Johns Wart (talk to your doctor prior to taking any supplements) and slowly eat a cookie. Close your eyes as you chew. Take in the sensation of the melting chocolate, the texture of the cookie. Savor the scent of the Paulo Santo as it mixes with the sweet tastes. Wash it down with a sip of hot coffee. Repeat the cookie/coffee* steps until you feel peace.

*cookies and coffee may be substituted with tea, crackers, water, oranges, or anything else you find pleasant.
